Independents Night 2012

Independents Night is a networking dinner with after-dinner speaker that provides an opportunity for delegates to arrive on Sunday 8th July, before Independents Day and includes dinner, bed and breakfast in a competitive package. It provides with an ideal opportunity to interact with other like-minded independent practitioners, as well sponsors and exhibitors. Independents Night is being held at the Arden Hotel a couple of minutes drive from the National Motorcycle Museum

'Opportunity to meet and network wherever you live’

So now distance is no excuse not to attend Independents Day. In fact regardless of how far you have to travel, Independents Night will once again provide a great opportunity for delegates to meet, network, share ideas and simply enjoy the company of like-minded peers. But most of all Independents Night really does support the whole ethos PTR had from the earliest inception of Independents Day – that in addition to all the educational and business benefits, it should be fun!

After Dinner Entertainment

PTR are very excited about the speaker we hope to bring to the event in this Olympic year and watch this space for more news.

Dinner, bed and breakfast package costs just £115 (ex VAT) for single occupancy and £150 (ex VAT) for double occupancy.

With the London Olympics imminent and courtesy of Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Independents Night guests will be entertained by physiologist Professor Greg Whyte.

A double Olympiad and former modern pentathlete, Greg is the preeminent authority on exercise physiology and sports performance and rehabilitation in the UK. Greg is perhaps better known for his training and mentoring of celebrities such as David Walliams and Eddie Izzard in their swimming and running marathons and, most recently, John Bishop in his ‘Week of Hell’, on behalf of Comic/Sports Relief.

Greg will give an exciting and awe-inspiring perspective into what it means to participate and succeed in any challenge an individual or team may face.

Dear Nick I have filled out the survey and would like to congratulate you for such an interesting and varied programme. I found all speakers of a very high standard and the 6 of my team that attended left brimming with new ideas and approaches. Thanks and best regards

I thought it appropriate that I should e-mail and congratulate you on a very successful event yesterday. The speakers were very well received and a credit to the event. From Eyeplan’s perspective we got to see many of our existing Associates and we generated a healthy number of new leads. We have marked the event down, one again, as being a success.

Chris Clemence, Commercial Director, Eyeplan Ltd

Congratulations on organising what I think everyone felt was a truly valuable, meaningful and memorable day. It certainly drew a well motivated audience lacking the cynicism that is often apparent elsewhere. I’ve had a number of enquiries already – the challenge will be to turn them into sales opportunities!!

Martin Russ, TMR Ltd.

Dear Nick I want to congratulate you on a very successful Independents Day yesterday. From wanting to retire the day before, I have come back wanting to change and improve everything! I'd be very grateful to receive a copy of Rob Stewart's presentation since I have not stopped taking about it since we left the meeting yesterday! Thanks for all your hard work. Kind regards, David

Dear David, I attended the Independents Day last week and thought it was a really useful, entertaining and informative day. A big well done! I was particularly impressed by Rob Stewart and would be very grateful to receive a copy of his presentation. With thanks and kind regards,
