Andrew MacMillan: Keynote Speaker
With John Lewis for 25 years Andrew started on the shop floor and worked his way up to be customers services director. He has a unique insight and played no small part in making John Lewis what it is today, a company that is successful because it shares the same core values that we do as independent opticians.

Imran Hakim: Speaker
From an early age, Imran knew he wanted to run his own business. He started his first business, aged 15 with a £2000 loan from his father. Within days, he was trading in computer equipment, selling to college teachers and the local community.
